Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs about 680g sausages of your choice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1-2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to spice preference
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Sear the Sausages:
- Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium heat.
