  • 1.5 lbs about 680g sausages of your choice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to spice preference
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
