  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup mincemeat filling
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


Prepare the Pastry:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
