  • Wooden spatula or spoon
  • Cutting board and knife

  • 2 cups cooked and cooled jasmine rice preferably day-old
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn, and/or diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare Ingredients:

  • Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions. For best results, use day-old rice as it tends to be drier and separates easily.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.

  • Chop the mixed vegetables and green onions.

Heat the Wok:

  • Place the wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and swirl to coat the wok.

Cook the Eggs:

  • Pour the beaten eggs into the wok and let them set for a moment.
  • Gently stir and scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked but still moist.
  • Remove the cooked eggs from the wok and set aside.

Stir-Fry Vegetables:
